Lilly Lab is owned and operated by South Godfrey an avid skateboarder and fashion lover.

South started Lilly Lab due to her frustration with female skateboard fashion.  With very little to choose from South cut up guys clothes so she would rep the cool skate brands but not the boyish cuts.

Lilly Lab isn’t just for the skater chicks of the world even though so much of the styles draw inspiration from this lifestyle.  Lilly Lab is for the active girl who wants something functional but doesn’t want to loose her fashion edge.  It needs to have a bit of both to really be cool.

LG gives Lilly Lab that undeniable edge and cool factor that can’t be duplicated.
About 20 years ago, LG mistakenly got paint on her jeans while painting. What started as a frustrating situation, quickly turned into an epiphany. “Paint doesn’t wash off clothes, so I’ll intentionally paint on clothes!”
After 20 years of testing this idea out she finally has an outlet to express her talent.

With her canvases in homes world wide, LG is determined to help South stretch the boundaries on where art can be enjoyed. Why must art be on walls or stand on a pedestal? Art should be with us where ever we go. Our art needs to be worn to help enhance the canvas of life.
