I saw this girl on my way up to Angus & Company and quickly pulled over to get a shot of her.  #1 Moon Boots are the raddest boots EVER!  #2 she rocked them the way they are supposed to be rocked.  Minimal, all one color and totally chic.  I love how she stuck her hand out to the side.
